Responsibility

- Develop seasonal menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and sommelier.
- Oversee recipe precision, portion control, and plating standards to maximize yield and minimize waste.
- Coach and supervise culinary staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of safety and teamwork.
- Maintain HACCP compliance, sanitation, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and optimize procurement with suppliers.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualification
- Professional culinary degree or equivalent experience from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5-7 years in high-end or fine-dining kitchens with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in menu development, recipe standardization, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills; ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience with modern gastronomy techniques and plating aesthetics.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
