We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Growth to own our growth flywheel, align product strategy with go-to-market plans, and scale our user base with a data-driven mindset. What you will do as Head of Growth
- Own the growth strategy from acquisition to activation and retention, translating company goals into a measurable roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and data to execute experiments and ship high-impact features.
- Define and track key metrics, run experiments, and analyze data to optimize onboarding, activation, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver scalable, high-quality features with a focus on velocity and impact.
- Drive GTM planning, pricing, and positioning to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth squad, fostering a culture of experimentation and ownership.
- Partner with investors, advisors, and the team to communicate progress and align on fundraising or strategic partnerships as needed.
Responsibility

Qualification
- 5+ years in growth, product, or GTM roles at early-stage startups with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with conversion optimization, onboarding flows, and funnel analysis.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to operate with limited resources.
- Proven track record raising or supporting fundraising rounds is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin or eligible to work in Germany; remote options considered for exceptional candidates.
- Strong product intuition and user-centric mindset.
