Responsibility
- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals in the proptech sector.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to deliver high-quality technology solutions and services.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of core proptech platforms.
- Ensure robust data security, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management across IT systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, implement, and optimise digital tools that drive business efficiency and customer engagement.
- Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximise ROI.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives focused on automation, system integration, and analytics.
- Stay updated with emerging technology trends, recommending and piloting innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably in the property, real estate, or proptech sectors.
- In-depth understanding of IT enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity practices.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional technology projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective and scalable IT solutions.
- Experience with digital transformation, automation, and innovation frameworks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance relevant to property technology is advantageous.
