NovaPulse Labs is a fast-growing Berlin-based startup building AI-powered tools for developers. We’re scaling our product team to ship delightful experiences that empower thousands of engineers and product managers. This is a unique opportunity to own the product vision, shape the roadmap, and influence a rapidly expanding product-led growth motion.
As Head of Product, you’ll partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to define the cohesive strategy, translate market insights into a compelling roadmap, and lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives.
Responsibility
- Own the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives and OKRs
- Define product metrics, analyze data, and continuously optimise the user journey
- Collaborate with design and engineering to ship high-quality experiences on a tight cadence
- Lead user research, gather feedback from customers and prospects, and translate insights into requirements
- Partner with GTM teams to support launches, pricing, and onboarding
- Build and lead a high-performing product team; recruit, mentor, and develop talent
- Establish a scalable product framework and governance to ensure consistency across features
- Drive a product-led growth mindset, measure success, and iterate rapidly
Qualification
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a hands-on leadership role
- Proven track record delivering multi-feature products from discovery to launch in a B2B or developer-focused space
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into a clear roadmap
- Excellent collaboration skills across product, design, engineering, data, and marketing
- Data-driven decision making with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional squads
- Customer-centric, curious, and comfortable adapting in a fast-paced startup
- Fluency in English; German a plus
