PERSOL is seeking a dedicated Health Coach to join our team on a contract basis in the East Region. As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to make positive health-related changes in their lives.
Responsibility
- Educate and motivate clients on healthy lifestyle choices
- Create personalized health plans for clients
- Monitor and track client progress towards health goals
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science or related field
- Proven experience in health coaching or related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of nutrition and fitness principles
- Certification as a Health Coach is a plus
