As the Healthcare Admin Coordinator, you will be the friendly first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate data entry, and efficient administrative processes. You will collaborate with clinical and support teams to manage admissions, registrations, appointments, and discharge documentation while safeguarding patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Your role will also involve medical billing support, insurance liaison, and documentation control to help maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Responsibility
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely record updates.
- Manage front-desk reception, scheduling, and patient flow to minimize wait times.
- Process registrations, referrals, and appointment bookings with strict adherence to privacy and compliance standards.
- Maintain and organize patient records, billing documentation, and insurance claims.
- Liaise with clinical departments to facilitate timely sharing of information and referrals.
- Support procurement, inventory management, and office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks to support the healthcare team.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelorβs degree in healthcare administration, health information management, business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare administration is preferred; familiarity with public sector processes is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software; comfortable with data entry and records management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and compliance with privacy and healthcare regulations.
