Responsibility
- Pick items from shelves accurately according to order details and pick list
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Label and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
- Verify item counts, SKUs, and packaging quality to ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets
- Document shipment details and update relevant records in the system
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse training is a plus
- Basic math and counting skills for item checks and packing accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 kg as required
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to learn and follow warehouse safety procedures
- Reliable with good time management and attendance
- Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP/WMS is a plus
