Responsibility
- Lead the design of scalable HiAgent product solutions for enterprise clients, turning requirements into robust architectures.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to craft compelling technical proposals and RFP responses.
- Partner with customers to gather business and technical requirements, translate them into solution blueprints, and define success criteria.
- Architect end-to-end solutions across cloud, data, and integration layers, ensuring security, compliance, and performance.
- Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, and risk management to ensure on-time, on-budget deployments.
- Demonstrate the BytePlus platform through tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pilot deployments.
- Drive customer outcomes by recommending optimizations and scaling strategies post-implementation.
- Mentor and influence cross-functional teams on architectural best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or related business experience is a plus.
- 8+ years of solutions architecture or pre-sales experience in enterprise software or cloud-based platforms.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with complex requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered platforms and data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to travel as needed and to work across time zones with global teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to Asia-Pacific markets are a plus.
