Responsibility
- Clean, sanitize, and stock guest rooms and common areas to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment.
- Restock toiletries, linens, beverages, and essential supplies for guest comfort.
- Perform routine laundry duties and ensure proper handling of linens and towels.
- Conduct quality checks on cleaning standards and report any issues to maintenance.
- Assist with guest requests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols to protect guests and staff.
- Maintain inventory and organize cleaning supplies for efficient operations.
Qualification
- Previous housekeeping or homestay cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-centric approach.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lift, bend, reach).
- Basic laundry skills and familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
- Flexible to work a schedule that may include weekends or evenings.
