GreenLeaf Botanics, a leading horticulture innovator in sustainable plant production, is seeking a hands-on Horticulture Operations Manager to lead our Seattle greenhouse and outdoor cultivation programs.
You will oversee plant propagation, integrated pest management, irrigation systems, soil health, and data driven cultivation decisions to deliver premium crops for our clients.

- Oversee daily operations of greenhouse and field cultivation ensuring safety and quality standards
- Manage irrigation systems, climate control, fertility programs, and pruning schedules
- Lead a cross-functional team of horticulturists, technicians, and seasonal staff
- Monitor crop health, diagnose disorders, implement integrated pest management plans
- Track performance metrics using cultivation software and adjust processes to improve yields
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Collaborate with R&D on propagation trials and new cropping techniques
- Develop and manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field; or 5+ years hands-on greenhouse management
- Proven experience in greenhouse operations, propagation, and irrigation systems
- Strong knowledge of integrated pest management and disease control
- Experience with climate control, fertigation, soil health, and hydroponic systems
- Leadership and ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent data literacy and familiarity with cultivation software
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Attention to safety and regulatory compliance
