We are seeking a data-driven Horticulturist to lead greenhouse operations, drive quality plant performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional yields and healthy, vibrant plants.

As a key member of our horticulture team, you will shape plant health from propagation to harvest, ensuring traceability, quality, and sustainability across annual production cycles.
Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day greenhouse operations, including climate control, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, and pest management.
- Lead plant propagation, transplants, and crop scheduling to meet production goals.
- Monitor and optimize environmental data (temperature, humidity, CO2, light levels) using horticultural software.
- Develop and implement Integrated Pest Management plans to minimize chemical inputs.
- Collaborate with Design and Landscape teams to ensure plant selections meet project specifications.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement of propagation materials and substrates.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians; ensure safety, training, and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare production reports, track KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on greenhouse or nursery management experience.
- Strong knowledge of climate control, irrigation systems, fertigation, and drainage.
- Experience with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and sustainable production practices.
- Proficiency with data collection, horticultural software, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks in a greenhouse environment.
- Familiarity with safety, OSHA guidelines, and sanitation standards.
