As part of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for meticulously cleaning guest rooms, refreshing linens, and restocking amenities to ensure every stay meets Naumi's boutique standards. You will also care for public spaces such as lobbies and corridors, ensuring they sparkle from sunrise to nightfall. Your attention to detail, time management, and teamwork will directly influence guest satisfaction and hotel ratings.

Responsibility
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Naumi standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, changing linens, and towel replenishment.
- Restock amenities and ensure essential supplies are available in guest rooms, bathrooms, and service areas.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and restrooms to create a welcoming environment.
- Dispose of waste and follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols; report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, delivering exceptional service with discretion.
- Manage housekeeping carts and storage areas, organizing inventory and ensuring supplies are neatly arranged.
- Assist with laundry duties and handling delicate fabrics according to Naumi standards.
- Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and quality checks to uphold brand and service standards.
Qualification
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, especially in boutique hotels.
- Strong attention to detail and a relentless commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina, flexibility with shifts, and the ability to lift/move items up to 25–30 lbs.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to guest needs.
- Basic math and organizational skills; ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
