Responsibility
- Assist in daily hotel operations to ensure smooth guest experiences across departments.
- Support front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and F&B teams to deliver consistent service.
- Participate in revenue management tasks, pricing, and inventory monitoring.
- Help implement guest services initiatives and handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Coordinate cross-department communication to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Contribute to staff training, onboarding, and performance improvement projects.
- Monitor quality standards, sanitation, safety, and compliance with hospitality regulations.
- Shadow department managers to observe cost controls, budgeting basics, and leadership practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field, or current student pursuing these studies.
- 0-2 years of hospitality or customer-service experience; internship experience is welcome.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest-relations skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and guest-centric mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to or reside in Dumaguete and to work rotating shifts as required.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
