Responsibility
- Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and turning over rooms efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and public areas, replenish supplies, and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain linen inventory and housekeeping carts, manage waste and room supplies in accordance with hotel policy.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and chemical handling protocols; use PPE as required and store products safely.
- Assist with laundry operations and facility cleanliness in back-of-house areas to ensure overall hotel presentation.
- Respond to guest requests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay.
- Collaborate with front desk and other departments to update room status and coordinate service deliveries.
- Help uphold sustainability practices by following recycling guidelines and energy-saving measures.
Qualification
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred, but we welcome motivated newcomers with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods; ability to perform repetitive tasks.
