Responsibility

  • Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and turning over rooms efficiently.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and public areas, replenish supplies, and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain linen inventory and housekeeping carts, manage waste and room supplies in accordance with hotel policy.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and chemical handling protocols; use PPE as required and store products safely.
  • Assist with laundry operations and facility cleanliness in back-of-house areas to ensure overall hotel presentation.
  • Respond to guest requests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay.
  • Collaborate with front desk and other departments to update room status and coordinate service deliveries.

Qualification
