As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be part of a dynamic housekeeping team responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. You will ensure amenities are replenished, linens refreshed, and safety standards are upheld in accordance with our SOPs. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and tenants alike. What you can expect:
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards
- Replenishing amenities, linen, towels, and supplies on a regular schedule
- Maintaining inventory and cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas
- Handling waste and following safe chemical handling procedures
- Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with the housekeeping team
- Upholding health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Delivering courteous guest service and responding to requests promptly

Responsibility
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Replenish amenities and supplies; replace bedding and towels as needed
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with SOPs
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor; coordinate with housekeeping team
- Follow proper waste disposal and chemical handling procedures
- Assist with housekeeping tasks for islandwide properties and events
- Deliver courteous guest service and respond to requests promptly
Qualification
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for long periods
- Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic command of English
