Join ZALORA as our HRIS Regional Manager in Kuala Lumpur, leading the evolution of our people data and HR technology across the APAC region. You will ensure data integrity, optimize system performance, and deliver actionable insights that empower leadership and drive HR digital transformation. This is a leadership role with a hands-on approach to system configuration, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
In this role you will partner with HR, IT, payroll and business leaders to design scalable HRIS solutions that support talent management, workforce planning and compliance. You will own the regional HRIS roadmap, manage system upgrades, integrations and security controls, and oversee vendor relationships. You will mentor a regional team of analysts and specialists, champion data quality, and translate complex data into clear, compelling dashboards and reports for executives and HR business partners.

As a regional leader, you will drive digital transformation across the HR function, including recruitment, on-boarding, talent management, compensation and payroll integrations. You will design governance processes to ensure data accuracy, privacy and security across multiple markets. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to implement automation, reduce manual data handling and improve the speed and quality of HR reporting. You will develop and maintain KPIs and service level agreements to monitor system performance and user satisfaction. You will lead change management initiatives, provide training and support to HR colleagues, and champion user adoption of new features and modules.
Responsibility
- Lead regional HRIS strategy across APAC, ensuring data integrity, security and compliance.
- Drive HR digital transformation by implementing automation, integrations with payroll and ATS, and new modules.
- Partner with HR, IT and external vendors to optimize system performance and data quality metrics.
- Own the regional HRIS roadmap, manage upgrades, configurations and change management.
- Develop and deliver dashboards and analytics to inform talent decisions and workforce planning.
- Ensure data governance, privacy controls and access management across multiple markets.
- Lead a regional team of HRIS analysts, manage budgets, and mentor professionals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of HRIS or HR technology experience with at least 3 years in regional or leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with leading HRIS platforms and integrations (for example Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) or equivalent.
- Strong data governance and data quality skills; proficient in reporting and analytics using BI tools and SQL.
- Project management, change management, vendor management, and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence at senior levels and work across multiple markets and cultures.
- Travel willingness to support regional initiatives as needed.
