Join City Facilities Management as an HRIS System Administrator (Workforce Management) and play a pivotal role in our regional shared services. You will maintain, configure, and optimize our Human Resources Information System to support workforce planning, time and attendance, scheduling, payroll interfaces, and reporting. As the HRIS System Administrator, you will collaborate with HR, IT, and operations teams to implement system changes, manage security and access, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions that align with our strategic goals in a dynamic environment. Responsibility
- Maintain and configure the HRIS for workforce management functions including time and attendance, leave, scheduling, and payroll interfaces.
- Provide daily system administration, security access control, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, and business partners to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials; deliver end user training and ongoing support.
- Create and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support workforce analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for escalation and resolution.
- Support data migration, integrations, and data quality improvements across HR modules.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize HR workflows and reduce manual effort.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing or administering HRIS in a medium to large organization.
- Strong knowledge of workforce management modules including time and attendance, leave, scheduling, and payroll interfaces.
- Proficiency with SQL, data analysis, reporting, and data governance concepts.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ability to train and mentor end users.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security practices; ability to manage user roles, access controls, and audit reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast paced regional shared services environment and manage multiple priorities.
