Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional to join PT Golden Victory Manufacturies as HSE PLB3. This full-time role supports our manufacturing operations in Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. The position includes a three-month probation period, after which successful candidates begin a permanent role. You will help protect workers, assets, and the environment by implementing robust HSE programs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain policies for occupational health and safety, environmental management, and safe operation of equipment. You will conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and drive corrective actions. You will perform regular audits and inspections, deliver safety training to employees and contractors, manage emergency preparedness, and maintain documentation for regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to embed a culture of safety into daily work and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian regulations and industry best practices.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure safe work practices across all manufacturing processes.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and track corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and contractor safety management.
- Deliver engaging HSE training, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for staff and contractors.
- Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, chemical handling, and emissions; manage compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and management to integrate safety into daily operations and continuous improvement.
- Maintain HSE documentation, KPI dashboards, and regulatory reporting to support management decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and standards; familiarity with ISO 45001 is a plus.
- Proven incident investigation skills and experience with root-cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, RCA).
- Strong communication, training, and collaboration skills; fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive safety mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with shifts and overtime as needed.
- Safety certifications (e.g., K3, SKK, or equivalent) are a plus.
