Responsibility
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of heating and cooling units, ensuring optimal operation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining issues and solutions to clients clearly and professionally.
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Monitor inventory and order parts as needed for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Stay updated on latest industry developments and technologies to deliver quality service.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and provide after-hours support when required.
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED; vocational HVAC certification preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Solid understanding of HVAC equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
