Responsibility
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC systems.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Install new HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical system malfunctions.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations.
- Complete detailed service reports and communicate recommendations to clients.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal HVAC regulations and codes.
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in HVAC strongly preferred.
- 2+ years professional experience as an HVAC technician.
- EPA 608 Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuitry, and refrigeration cycles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
