Responsibility
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (residential and commercial).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance for heating and cooling equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system operation.
- Document activities and complete work orders accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and all applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with team members for complex installations or repairs.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and industry workshops as required.
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- 3+ years of proven HVAC experience.
- Valid EPA Section 608 certification.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Current Texas driver's license with clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.
- Flexibility for on-call and emergency shifts as needed.
