Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze security requirements for access provisioning and governance
- Configure, customize, and deploy workflows, connectors, and policies within SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Conduct regular IAM system audits and participate in compliance initiatives
- Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide advanced support to internal and client teams
- Maintain thorough documentation for IAM processes, architecture, and configurations
- Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and best practices to recommend process improvements
- Train and mentor junior engineers and stakeholders on IAM solutions and policies
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing IAM solutions, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Proven knowledge of identity lifecycles, provisioning, and governance
- Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and integration methodologies
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Java, BeanShell, XML or similar)
- Familiarity with security frameworks, regulations, and compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
