We are currently seeking a talented Infra Ops & Support Specialist to join our Cybersecurity Platform Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for Palo Alto Cortex operations, including proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain Palo Alto Cortex operations
- Respond promptly to incidents and security alerts
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for cybersecurity platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of infrastructure
- Document processes and procedures for future reference
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven experience as a cybersecurity operations engineer
- Strong understanding of Palo Alto Cortex or similar cybersecurity platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
