Join a top-tier technology leader to architect and deliver high-performance infrastructure solutions that scale with business growth. This role oversees end-to-end infrastructure development, including data center design, network fabric, cloud migrations, automation, and security integration.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into resilient, cost-efficient, and compliant infrastructure architectures. The ideal candidate blends strong hands-on engineering with strategic leadership and vendor management.
Responsibility
- Lead infrastructure development projects from discovery to production rollout, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Design and optimize data center architectures, including compute, storage, cooling, power, and rack layouts.
- Architect scalable network designs, including data center interconnects, WAN, and security segmentation.
- Drive cloud migration strategies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid environments with IaC tooling (Terraform, Ansible).
- Implement automation and observability to improve reliability, performance, and MTTR.
- Establish governance, security, compliance, and cost controls; perform risk assessments and remediation plans.
- Manage vendors, RFPs, audits, and contract negotiations; build strategic partnerships.
- Mentor and grow the infrastructure team; establish engineering standards, reviews, and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure development, IT architecture, or data center engineering.
- Strong expertise in data center design, network engineering, storage, and power/cooling.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures; experience with Terraform, Ansible.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, IAM, and risk management.
- Excellent project management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability; track record of delivering complex projects.
- Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
