We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Technician to join our team at KPJ Healthcare in Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure data backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies
- Provide technical support to end-users
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in IT or related field
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure
