As a key member of our residential projects team, you will play a crucial role in the documentation and construction process.
Responsibility
- Create detailed construction drawings and documentation for residential projects
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and analyze design specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance
- Assist in project coordination and management tasks
- Provide support during the construction phase to resolve any design or documentation issues
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Proven experience in construction documentation for residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
