Responsibility
- Produce high-quality interior design drawings and detailed layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate technical documents for construction and tendering purposes.
- Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure design intent is accurately executed.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from clients and project leads in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external consultants and suppliers for precise material specifications and technical details.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and drawing archives.
- Assist in site visits, take measurements, and prepare as-built drawings as needed.
- Ensure all drafts comply with local building codes and company standards.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as an Interior Design Drafter, preferably in interior projects.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D visualization software is a plus.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and technical drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Willing to work onsite in Jakarta Pusat for the duration of the contract.
