As a key member of our design team, youâll drive all phases of interior designâfrom concept development through construction documentation. Youâll develop design schemes, create 3D visuals and mood boards, select materials and finishes, and prepare drawings and specifications for procurement. You will oversee on-site installations, coordinate with contractors, review shop drawings, and ensure that every project reflects our commitment to aesthetics, durability, and sustainability. Youâll maintain meticulous documentation, communicate clearly with clients, and balance creative vision with practical constraints to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibility
- Lead interior design concepts and space planning for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs and timelines.
- Develop schematic designs, mood boards, 3D visuals, and construction drawings to communicate design intent.
- Specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet aesthetic, budget, and sustainability goals.
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials for procurement and contractor coordination.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors; manage orders, deliveries, and on-site installation quality.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain proactive client communications.
- Conduct site visits to review workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and standards.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and support project closeout with post-occupancy reviews.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably with residential or small commercial projects.
- Proficiency with CAD and 3D visualization tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, detailing, and project execution from concept to completion.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings; awareness of sustainability practices.
- Understanding of Singapore building regulations and safety standards is a plus.
