GallopVision Services Inc invites you to join our team in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan as an Internship (On-the-Job Training) in Accounting/Finance. This part-time OJT program is designed to help you apply classroom knowledge to live financial operations and build essential professional skills. You will gain exposure to daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and internal controls in a dynamic business environment.
As an OJT intern, you will collaborate with our finance team to support essential accounting tasks, including data entry, vendor and customer record maintenance, accounts payable and receivable processing, and bank reconciliations. You will assist with preparing schedules, assisting in month-end close activities, and contributing to accurate financial statements. Through hands-on training, you'll learn how to use common accounting tools and software, analyze financial information, and contribute to process improvements that drive accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibility
- Provide data entry support for daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Assist accounts payable/receivable tasks, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and supplier communications.
- Support bank reconciliations and cash handling processes to ensure accuracy of balances.
- Help prepare monthly financial reports and schedules for internal review and management reporting.
- Maintain and organize vendor and customer records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to information requests from auditors.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and help implement internal controls to strengthen financial accuracy.
- Develop proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and basic financial analysis.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Enrolled student with good academic standing and a strong interest in practical accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage time effectively while balancing commitments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
