As a part of our team, you will collaborate with inbound, outbound, procurement, and quality assurance colleagues to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and streamline processes. You will perform physical counts, trace lot and batch information, monitor storage conditions, and ensure correct labeling and placement to optimize space and traceability. You will also participate in regular stock reconciliations, support FIFO and FEFO practices, and assist with cycle counting and incident reporting. Responsibility
- Verify inbound and outbound goods against Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Surat Jalan; reconcile discrepancies in the warehouse system.
- Inspect the physical condition of items at receipt and before dispatch; identify damaged, expired, or non-conforming goods and escalate appropriately.
- Perform accurate counts and record quantities in the inventory system; execute daily cycle counts and protect data integrity.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage to maintain product quality and traceability.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe depo environment; adhere to safety, QA, and GMP standards.
- Collaborate with inbound, outbound, procurement, and QA teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Lead or assist with inventory reconciliations, FIFO/FEFO practices, and support internal/external audits.
- Escalate issues to supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in warehousing, logistics, or quality assurance is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or a checker role; familiarity with PO/DO documentation is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical ability.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of warehouse safety standards and GMP guidelines.
