Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain financial models including LBO, DCF, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential investments.
  • Conduct comprehensive company and industry due diligence, including market sizing and competitive landscape assessment.
  • Perform valuation analyses using comps, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow methods.
  • Assist in deal sourcing, screening opportunities, and preparing investment memos for the committee.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance, track KPIs, and identify value enhancement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and risk teams to support transaction execution and closing processes.
  • Prepare compelling client-ready materials and presentations for investment committees and LPs.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA candidate preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or asset management.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data tools; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
