Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models including LBO, DCF, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential investments.
- Conduct comprehensive company and industry due diligence, including market sizing and competitive landscape assessment.
- Perform valuation analyses using comps, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow methods.
- Assist in deal sourcing, screening opportunities, and preparing investment memos for the committee.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, track KPIs, and identify value enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and risk teams to support transaction execution and closing processes.
- Prepare compelling client-ready materials and presentations for investment committees and LPs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA candidate preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or asset management.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data tools; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethics.
