NovaGrowth Partners is seeking a dynamic Investment Analyst to join our Singapore team. This role offers exposure to multi-asset research, rigorous financial modeling, and collaborative deal execution within a fast-growing investment platform.
As a key member of the investment team, you will translate market data into compelling investment insights, support senior portfolio managers, and contribute to high-impact investment memoranda used to guide decision-making across the firm. The role combines deep quantitative analysis with practical, client-focused communication.
Responsibility
- Conduct fundamental and quantitative research across asset classes including equities, fixed income, and alternatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models (DCF, sensitivity, scenario analysis) to support valuation and portfolio decisions.
- Perform due diligence on potential investments and assist in deal execution and monitoring.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and dashboards for internal committees and clients.
- Monitor markets, macro trends, and risk factors; maintain risk dashboards and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and traders to implement investment ideas and monitor performance.
- Support client reporting and periodic performance reviews with clear, data-driven insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA candidate or charter preferred.
- 2-5 years of investment analysis or research experience in asset management or advisory settings.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency in Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or other financial databases; experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time-management abilities; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
