Job description
Atlas Investment Partners is seeking a proactive Investment Analyst to join our growing private equity and asset management team. This role offers exposure to strategic investment analysis, due diligence, and portfolio optimization for high-net-worth clients and institutions.
As a member of our investment team, you will work closely with senior partners to identify opportunities, build financial models, and support risk assessments. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating complex findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Conduct fundamental analysis of prospective investments across sectors, including financial modeling, DCF, and scenario analysis.
- Build and maintain robust financial models, conducting sensitivity analyses and KPI tracking.
- Perform due diligence by coordinating with deal teams, legal, compliance, and operations.
- Monitor portfolio company performance; prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for leadership and clients.
- Support risk management and exit planning; contribute to investment committee materials and decision-making.
- Collaborate with fundraising and investor relations to communicate performance and value drivers.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA candidate or CPA highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of investment analysis or investment banking experience.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Bloomberg, CapIQ, PitchBook; understanding of private equity, asset management, or venture capital.
