Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess potential investments and portfolio companies.
- Conduct valuation analyses, DCFs, comps, and scenario planning.
- Perform market and competitive due diligence, including industry benchmarking.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and investment theses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support deal sourcing, screening, and execution, including term sheet negotiation support.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics, and value creation plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and legal teams to close transactions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA level I or progress is a plus.
- 2–4 years of relevant investment experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; advanced Excel; Python or SQL is a plus.
- Solid understanding of LBO, DCF, and comparable company analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive, data-driven mindset.
