Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain financial models, including DCF, LBO, and relative valuation analyses.
- Conduct market and competitive landscape research to inform investment theses.
- Assist due diligence processes with data collection, QA, and risk assessment.
- Support portfolio monitoring, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with investment teams to prepare investment memos and present findings to committees.
- Monitor industry trends and macro factors that affect target sectors.
Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or equity research.
- Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, comps) and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Evidence of independent, structured thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Work authorization to reside in the United States; willingness to travel if required.
