Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support investment decisions and portfolio valuation.
  • Conduct company and industry analyses, including diligence on revenue, margins, capital structure, and cash flow.
  • Perform due diligence on potential investments, prepare investment memos, and present findings to the investment committee.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs, and coordinate with risk and compliance teams.
  • Assist in deal execution, including term sheet reviews, sourcing, and coordination with legal, tax, and finance functions.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Excel and data visualization tools to inform stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA candidate/designation preferred.
