Responsibility
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses including DCF, comparable company analysis, and LBO modeling for potential investments
- Support due diligence through data gathering, market sizing, competitive analysis, and management discussions
- Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for internal committees and investment reviews
- Monitor portfolio company performance, KPIs, and risk metrics with clear reporting
- Assist in deal sourcing, market intelligence, and maintaining a healthy deal pipeline
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to structure and close transactions
- Participate in quarterly portfolio reviews and contribute insights for value creation plans
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or equivalent
- Strong financial modeling skills (LBO, DCF, comps) and advanced Excel; exposure to SQL or Python a plus
- Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and investment concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams with tight deadlines
- Team player with integrity, curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
