Responsibility

  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses including DCF, comparable company analysis, and LBO modeling for potential investments
  • Support due diligence through data gathering, market sizing, competitive analysis, and management discussions
  • Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for internal committees and investment reviews
  • Monitor portfolio company performance, KPIs, and risk metrics with clear reporting
  • Assist in deal sourcing, market intelligence, and maintaining a healthy deal pipeline
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to structure and close transactions
  • Participate in quarterly portfolio reviews and contribute insights for value creation plans

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or equivalent
  • Strong financial modeling skills (LBO, DCF, comps) and advanced Excel; exposure to SQL or Python a plus
