Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain forward-looking financial models (DCF, comps, LBO) to support investment theses and valuation.
  • Conduct rigorous equity and credit research, including write-ups and investment memos.
  • Analyze company filings, industry trends, and macro drivers to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Assist in due diligence for potential investments, including data gathering and scenario analysis.
  • Monitor portfolio holdings and performance metrics, flagging variances and recommending actions.
  • Prepare presentation materials for investment committee reviews and client updates.
  • Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and senior leadership to support execution and monitoring.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; MBA or CFA candidacy preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, equity research, or investment banking / private equity.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, multiples, sensitivities) and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of valuation techniques and capital markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with data sources (Bloomberg/FactSet) and familiarity with portfolio management concepts is a plus.
