Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models (DCF, comps, LBO) to evaluate potential investments and support sourcing decisions.
- Perform detailed company and industry analysis, including market sizing, competitive dynamics, and risk assessment.
- Assist in due diligence, build data rooms, and coordinate cross-functional teams during deal execution.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular investor updates.
- Support senior investment staff with deal sourcing, industry research, and presentation materials (investment memos, slides).
- Contribute to risk management and scenario planning, including sensitivity analysis.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA Level I or progress preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or in-house research; strong financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization; Python/SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organization, and time-management.
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies and due diligence processes; familiarity with portfolio management concepts.
