Responsibility

  • Support end-to-end deal sourcing, screening and market research to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A comps) and perform scenario analysis to inform investment decisions.
  • Conduct rigorous due diligence, including financial, operational, and market assessments, and coordinate with external advisors.
  • Assist in preparing investment memos, investment committee materials, and presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance, track KPIs, and propose value-creation initiatives post-close.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, compliance) to ensure smooth deal execution and risk mitigation.
  • Support fundraising activities by contributing market intelligence, competitive analyses, and performance metrics.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of relevant investment experience (private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or corporate development).
  • Strong financial modeling skills (builds models from scratch, conducts sensitivity analyses, and interprets outputs).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex ideas into clear investment theses.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, judgment, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
