Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop and deploy AI-based tools and applications to automate processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of technical challenges.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and execute opportunities for AI and digital transformation.
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices in IT and AI adoption.
- Stay current with technological advancements, recommending upgrades and adoption of relevant new systems.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security protocols are up-to-date and strictly enforced.
- Document IT procedures, AI processes, and provide regular reporting to management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration and/or AI solution deployment.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, data security, and cloud environments.
- Experience implementing or integrating artificial intelligence tools (such as machine learning, chatbots, automation systems, etc.).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, R, Java).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and training skills for non-technical team members.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
