We are looking for a dedicated IT Clerk to join our team at SM Hypermarket in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As an IT Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations and providing basic technical assistance across the organization.
Responsibility
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Monitor IT inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies
- Provide technical support to staff across the organization
- Maintain confidentiality and security of IT systems
Qualification
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
