You will work across hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem), champion containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy requirements in a regulated financial domain. Responsibility
- Lead DevOps practices across the project lifecycle by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using PCF, Jenkins, and Concourse.
- Collaborate with wealth management teams to translate business needs into scalable software solutions and infrastructure.
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Automate deployments, monitoring, and incident response to improve reliability and reduce mean time to recovery.
- Enforce security, compliance, and data privacy in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Mentor engineers, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to engineering best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven DevOps experience in financial services or wealth management environments.
- Hands-on experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry or modern cloud platforms (PCF, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Strong experience with Jenkins, Concourse, and other CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, or Bash.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
