Join NovaTech Advisory, a leading IT consulting firm helping organizations accelerate digital transformation. We are seeking a proactive IT Consultant to partner with clients across industries to craft technology strategy, design scalable architectures, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and drive transformation programs from discovery through implementation. You will work with cloud platforms, data analytics, cybersecurity, and integration initiatives to modernize legacy environments and enable agile operations.
What you will do is deliver strategic guidance, hands-on solution design, and governance to ensure successful engagements that align with client objectives and budgets.
Responsibility
- Lead technology assessments and roadmaps for client engagements, translating business goals into actionable technical plans.
- Define target architecture and integration patterns for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with client teams and vendor partners to implement solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk; provide clear status updates to executives and stakeholders.
- Drive digital transformation programs focusing on cloud adoption, data analytics, automation, and modernization initiatives.
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and change-management strategies to secure client sponsorship.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance considerations are embedded throughout engagements.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of IT consulting or technology delivery experience with a track record of successful client engagements.
- Proven experience with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP), systems integration, and ERP/CRM implementations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, architectures, and roadmaps.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with data analytics, BI tools, and data governance; security and compliance awareness.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as client needs dictate.
