Responsibility
- Lead technology assessments, IT strategy engagements, and actionable roadmaps for clients.
- Design scalable reference architectures and cloud adoption plans aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder alignment across executive, PMO, and technical teams.
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and migration plans to justify investments.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and practice development initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure effective change management and user adoption strategies post-implementation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years in IT consulting, advisory, or solution architecture roles.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern IT architectures.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliverables.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Project management capabilities with a track record of delivering on-time engagements; certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, or AWS/Azure architecture are valued.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% as required.
