As an IT Consultant, you will blend strategic thinking with practical execution, leading engagements from discovery through delivery. You will collaborate with client teams, vendor partners, and internal specialists to craft roadmaps, implement cloud, security, and data initiatives, and ensure value realization.
Responsibility
- Lead client assessments to define architecture, roadmaps, and value cases.
- Design and implement IT strategies including cloud adoption, cybersecurity, data governance, and operational improvements.
- Manage end-to-end client engagements, including scoping, milestones, risk management, and change enablement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders; present findings to executives.
- Develop solution architectures and reference designs; oversee proposals and RFP responses.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants; contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure successful delivery with measurable outcomes and high client satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or MBA a plus.
- 5+ years in IT consulting or technology leadership roles with a track record of delivering value.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and migration strategies.
- Experience with cybersecurity, data governance, ERP optimization, and digital transformation programs.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities; strong business acumen.
- Ability to travel up to 40% as client needs require (primarily within the Northeast).
