Responsibility
- Lead client engagements from discovery through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and present enterprise IT strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for executive stakeholders.
- Assess current architectures and define target state across cloud, data, security, and integration domains.
- Design and govern digital transformation programs, including vendor selection, governance, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Mentor junior consultants, codify methodologies, and contribute to reusable playbooks and accelerators.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of IT consulting or strategic advisory experience with a track record of delivering complex technology programs.
- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, data and analytics, and enterprise integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Hands on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, PMO) and delivering measurable ROI.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams across multiple engagements and client contexts.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-40% as required.
