As a core member of our advisory team, you will partner with clients to design and execute technology-led business transformations, from cloud modernization to data governance and ERP optimization.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT strategy and transformation engagements for diverse clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop target architectures, roadmaps, and business cases that quantify ROI and risk.
- Manage vendor evaluations, RFPs, and third-party partnerships to drive optimized solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and change management activities across organizations.
- Guide cloud adoption, data governance, security and compliance, and technology risk management.
- Establish project governance, tracking of milestones, benefits realization, and status reporting to executives.
- Mentor junior consultants, contribute to knowledge management, and drive practice development initiatives.
Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of IT consulting or strategy experience with a track record delivering complex programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related; Master's preferred.
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and migration strategies.
- Experience with ERP/CRM ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across C-level and cross-functional teams.
- PMP, PgMP or TOGAF certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% as required by client engagements.
