NovaTech Advisors is seeking a results-driven IT Consulting Specialist to join our client-facing team. In this role, you will help organizations optimize IT strategy, modernize applications, and implement scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with executives and technical teams to design and execute transformation programs across cloud, security, data, and software modernization. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where client impact and measurable outcomes are the benchmarks of success.
Responsibility
- Lead technology strategy engagements and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.
- Conduct IT assessments, risk analyses, and governance reviews for diverse clients.
- Design and implement modernization initiatives across cloud, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise applications.
- Manage client relationships, run workshops, and drive project milestones to on-time delivery.
- Develop implementation plans, budgets, and resource requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best-practice development.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to C-level and technical stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of IT consulting or related industry experience, with a proven track record delivering complex programs.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security best practices, data governance, and software modernization.
- Experience with ERP/CRM implementations, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Project management experience; certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 50% depending on engagements).
