IntouchCX is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Engineer to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. As an IT Desktop Generalist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing computers, hardware, and software in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Perform regular upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Provide technical support to users
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Desktop Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
